For practices of 1–20 people
You’re caught.
We’ll get you
certified.
If your practice provides designated services — property transactions, legal, accounting, conveyancing, real estate, TCSPs, precious metals — you have new Privacy Act obligations from 1 July. Bronze certification is how small practices start demonstrating reasonable steps. Register, work through your workbook, and aim to finish it live on the call.

What happens on the call
01
Workbook walkthrough — 60 min
We work through your Bronze workbook and all 7 controls together, live: technical support, firewall, endpoint protection, automatic updates, data backups, access management, and MFA. Bring it as complete as you can — the more you’ve done, the more we finish on the call.
7 controls · Bronze level
02
TSS check — we validate in-session
We act as your IT partner on-screen and confirm your controls are genuinely in place, not just ticked. If anything’s missing, you finish it yourself afterwards or complete it on the next session — certification isn’t guaranteed on the day, but most practices get there.
Our IT team validates
03
Director attests — certificate issued
Once every control is in place, your director or principal attests on the CyberCert platform — their name on the record, not just ours. Certificate and Credly badge issued on completion. Dated, director-signed proof that your practice has taken reasonable steps — the kind of independent evidence APP 11 asks for.
Certified on completion
Who this session is for
1–5 seat practices
Solo practitioners and small teams. Law firms, accounting practices, conveyancers — you’re exactly who this is built for. Low complexity, fast to certify.
Up to 20 seats — getting started
Larger practice that needs to get moving before the next Silver workshop. Bronze gets you certified now. Silver is the natural next step once you’re in the system.
Any sector inside AML/CTF Tranche 2
Legal, accounting, conveyancing, real estate, TCSPs, precious metals. Sessions are open — sector doesn’t matter. You certify to the same standard regardless.
Practices that need proof, not a project
You don’t have a cyber team or a $30,000 ISO 27001 budget. Bronze is 7 controls, one session, and a director attestation. That’s it.
Not sure if you’re in scope? If your practice handles client money, property transactions, or company/trust formations as part of your services, you almost certainly are. If you’re uncertain, check with your member body or legal adviser — this page is general information only, not legal advice.
